What does it do

LOCK IT Eye Primer is applied to the eyelid to create a smoother surface for the eye shadow and ensure that it stays on all day without settling in streaks. The primer absorbs excess sebum, smoothes out unevenness and prevents the shadows from settling in lines for many hours.
Use
How to do it
Press out the appropriate amount (about a small pinhead) and distribute on two fingertips and apply both eyelids before makeup.
Note, this product is extremely expensive to use and lasts for a minimum of 12 months during normal daily use.
