This has SPF 30 in it which is perfect for " everyday life ", but if you are going to sunbathe or be outside all day, we recommend a separate sunscreen above. Did you know that the difference between SPF 10 and SPF 30 is huge, and from SFP 30 to SPF 50 there is only a tiny difference in protection? Our advice is to lubricate a lot and apply often, so you are better protected.
