Linoleic acid, or vitamin F, provides moisture and “plumpness” without weighing down the skin. It strengthens and protects the skin’s barrier, and protects against UV rays and air pollutants such as smoke, both of which cause free radicals that can lead to wrinkles and signs of aging.
