Ceteareth-22

Ceteareth-22 is an emulsifier (mixing oil/water), which helps to form emulsions by reducing the surface tension of the substances to be emulsified (mixed). Ceteareth-22 is also used to reduce the thickness of liquid cosmetics and personal care products.
