We are looking for a skin care professional for our customer service.
We are a small team that speaks to our customers daily via email, phone and chat. We help with everything from product selection and skincare consultations to practical questions about shopping in our online store, or tracking the packages they have ordered. The working day is as varied as the customers, and we love it! If you join our team, your tasks will be varied. We help customers find the right products for their skin and assist in shopping in our online store, but we also do practical tasks in the warehouse and various administrative tasks. No day is the same, and you get to know both the customers and the core of our company well.
Who are you?

You must be a qualified skin care professional or cosmetic dermatology nurse, and preferably have a few years of experience in a store/online store/salon.

You love skincare, stay up-to-date on ingredients, and know how to help our customers achieve better skin, based on skin condition and skin type.

You love shopping in online stores, are a user of social media, and have a good understanding of data as a work tool.

You enjoy talking to customers and have a good understanding of what good customer service is.

You are not afraid to take on a challenge and enjoy varied tasks. Much of the job involves writing and speaking on the phone, so you must be able to write and speak Norwegian fluently and enjoy expressing yourself in writing.

Working hours:
Our online store is open 24/7, and we need someone who is flexible on both evenings (Mon-Thursday 5-8pm) and weekends (Sunday), in addition to 3 weeks during the summer holidays. We are a growing company, so the possibility of permanent employment with 100% position in the long term is present, but the position must grow in line with the company.
The work and product training is carried out from our office in Kolbotn.
The job involves approximately 60 hours per month.
