EVENING INNER CALM –
NATURAL CALM, SLEEP AND BALANCE
As the body changes, we must change how we support it.
Many people think that sleep problems are about not being tired enough. But for women in their 40s, 50s and 60s, it's often about something completely different: The body is tired – but the mind won't let go. Racing thoughts, waking up early and feeling restless are among the most commonly reported symptoms in our large survey of over 1,180 women.
That's why we developed Evening Inner Calm – a natural, clinically proven evening formula that supports sleep, calmness and hormonal balance.

LINDA JOHNSEN
FINALLY IN BALANCE
“By combining a number of supplements, I finally got “control” of my evening and nighttime restlessness. That’s why I wanted to create a simple evening powder that actually helps the body settle down – not just fall asleep. This is probably my favorite in the entire series, because it calms the head, stomach and body.”
Evening Inner Calm is more than just an evening supplement – it’s a thoughtful and safe routine for women seeking calm, recovery and better sleep. The ingredients are chosen with both research and experience behind them, and the entire formula was developed in collaboration with leading experts in the UK. Here’s a quick overview of how it works:
Evening Inner Calm is my solution. It is formulated with clinically proven doses that provide support where many women feel it in their bodies: inner turmoil, hormonal stress, poor sleep and drier skin.
