- The day cream should be applied by warming it in the palms of your hands first, then "pressing" it into the skin.
- The night cream should be applied by warming it in the palms of your hands first, then "pressing" it into the skin. The good plant oils will then soften and the active ingredients will find their way in without having to massage and rub it in.
- Be gentle with your skin, don't massage hard or rub in your creams.

No1 Day Cream
This has SPF 30 in it which is perfect for " everyday life ", but if you are going to sunbathe or be outside all day, we recommend a separate sunscreen above. Did you know that the difference between SPF 10 and SPF 30 is huge, and from SFP 30 to SPF 50 there is only a tiny difference in protection? Our advice is to lubricate a lot and apply often, so you are better protected.

Wow, what a night cream 😍
This is truly the BEST night cream I have ever used, and I am 53 so I have tried many different ones over the years. When I pump out the cream, I don't take a full pump. I have a small face, I pump it half way, warm it in my hands and pat it into my skin as recommended. It lasts on both my face and neck. This one will NEVER be replaced!!! Love it and recommend this 100%
