Terms and conditions
These conditions apply to agreements on the delivery of products and services, also referred to as goods or goods, to end customers in Norway.

We send our shipments by Posten and Helt Hjem. We issue an order confirmation which is attached to all shipments, the invoice you receive from KLARNA by e-mail. We recommend downloading the Klarna app for easy overview - it's great!
Unclaimed package / passive action
If you do not pick up the order and otherwise remain completely passive, this will not give us any indications as to why the package has not been picked up. You will then not have fulfilled the requirements set for you in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act § 11 and § 13, and thus lose the right to withdraw from the agreement. If you do not pay for new shipping, or want the shipment again, you will be charged a fee of NOK 150 from the amount paid. Balance will be credited depending on your payment method.
If you notify us in advance that you exercise the right of withdrawal within the deadline, and you ask Norway Post to return the item, you pay for the return cost yourself. When we receive the return to us, we credit the goods. If you want to cancel a package at Fast Rabatt, you must write or call us at least 24 hours in advance.
Payment via KLARNA
With us, you can pay by card, invoice via Klarna and with VIPPS. If you pay by card, the amount will be charged when you complete the purchase. If you pay by invoice, the invoice will be sent to you by email from KLARNA (not from Linda JC), and you can choose to split your payment if desired, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of non-payment, the interest determined at any time will accrue in accordance with the Late Payment Interest Act, as well as any collection costs. Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, invoice and payment follow-up has been transferred to KLARNA. We have a sales lien on the delivered products until payment including interest and costs has been paid in full.
Our prices are stated in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. The price of the product can vary depending on the sales channel, distribution and special offers. Prices are valid until they change.
Postage and handling fees
Postage and handling fees are added to each shipment in accordance with current rates, unless otherwise agreed. We provide free shipping on orders over NOK 2000, -
Right of withdrawal - and right of return
You are protected by the Right of Withdrawal Act and have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item on your first shipment. The right of withdrawal means that you have the right to cancel the purchase for an unopened product and return the item. In order for the right of withdrawal to be enforced, the product must be returned to us in the same quantity and condition as you received it. If the value of the item is reduced more than necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item, you must cover this loss of value. We credit what you paid for the item, minus shipping, when it arrives to us.

The packaging must be unopened and the product unused. We cannot accept products that have been tried due to hygienic reasons.
Send back to us together with a right of withdrawal form or a letter.

Postage will not be refunded if you return a full item.
When canceling the purchase and using the cancellation deadline, we refund the order amount, minus shipping, within 14 days of the complaint being received from us.
Note; Subsequent deliveries on subscription / fixed discount are not covered by the right of withdrawal since it is the same item. If you send later deliveries in return, we have already had the cost of handling and shipping, and you will therefore receive an invoice of NOK 199.00 to cover administration and shipping.
A full right of complaint is granted in accordance with applicable laws for all defects in the product. In any case, the buyer is obliged to make a complaint within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. In the event of a complaint, errors and defects, you will be reimbursed for any shipping costs. If you want to exercise the right of complaint or have questions about complaints, you must contact Customer Service.
If you want to complain about your purchase, contact customer service. If we fail to find a solution, you can send a complaint to the Consumer Council, Skippergata 8-10, 0152 Oslo. You can also use the EU Commission's online complaints portal, although this will preferably be relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Norway.
The customer's responsibility for the correct address
It is the customer's own responsibility to write the correct address. The customer must check if the address is correct at check-out and payment. It is unfortunately not possible to change address after the order has been placed as the orders are packed early the next working day from our warehouse.
It is very important that the postcode and street number match, as Norway Post is very strict that these must be correct. We disclaim responsibility if the customer has not provided the correct address and will then wait for a possible return from Norway Post before we send out the package again. The customer must be responsible for postage for new dispatch. The customer can choose to cancel the purchase, but postage is then deducted from the order amount before refund.

If you live at a C / O address, it is important that you include the full name of the person who is registered at the address.

Linda JC sells a selection of products on an ongoing subscription basis (fixed discount), with first delivery when ordering and on according to the chosen delivery frequency, normally every 8. -12. week. The subscription runs until you cancel it, no later than 14 days before new delivery. Termination is made via e-mail to email@example.com or on your account page in the online store. Remember that you must log in first.
Choice of law and venue of products at Fast Rabatt
The agreement is subject to Norwegian law. Disputes between the parties shall be resolved through negotiations. If negotiations do not succeed, the dispute must be referred to the ordinary courts.
Reservations and limitations of liability
Linda JC reserves the right to suspend downtime, incorrect prices or delivery problems due to circumstances beyond Linda JC's control.
Linda JC makes further reservations about printing errors, price errors, value-added and other tax changes. Any offers are valid as long as the stock lasts (as stated in connection with the individual campaign).
We do not take responsibility for incorrect use of products. Follow recommended use on the package.
Change of terms
The terms are subject to change in the event of special needs and / or public changes or orders that affect these terms. When changing the terms, you will be notified of this. Such notice is given up to 2 months before the changes take effect. If, based on the changed terms, you wish to terminate the agreement, you are free to do so. If the agreement between the parties is not terminated, this means that you accept the updated terms of the agreement. New terms will be announced on our website in combination with sending out the new terms.
Refund for e-commerce
At the time of purchase, it is informed whether the maximum delivery time from order has been registered. If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, you will be informed without delay about the reason for the delay and will be given a new delivery time. You then have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge, demand that the purchase be fulfilled or demand replacement goods from Linda JC AS
