Citrullus Lanatus Seed Oil
Citrullus Lanatus (watermelon) seed oil is an unscented plant oil that contains several fatty acids which in combination moisturise, repair and soothe the skin. The seed oil’s fatty acids include palmitic acid and linoleic acid.
A pale yellow oil that has a light texture due to its high concentration of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids. It is not known to clog pores.
Watermelon seeds are also good sources of polyphenolic and flavonoid antioxidants, plus vitamins C, E, and the B vitamins thiamine and riboflavin.
