What does it do
Get your glow on!
By peeling the skin, you strengthen the skin layer with living cells so that it becomes thicker, while the skin layer with dead cells becomes thinner. The result is a smoother skin surface, with a healthier look - what we call glow!
With 10% mandelic acid, dead skin cells are "lifted" to the surface so that it feels soft, smooth and pore-free.
The AHA acids we use in this peel are the most powerful, and they increase the skin's cell renewal, which is good for mature skin. The exfoliating effect also helps to smooth out lines and wrinkles, and treats pigmentations deep down in the skin. By using the peeling regularly, you will see that the quality of the skin changes from day to day.
Because my own skin is problematic and does not have a fine-pored surface, I have always used AHA acids to improve my skin.
When I was making the LINDA 5.0 series, it was important for me to have an effective acid peel to counteract aging and uneven skin. It is simply not possible to achieve as good results without a peel that affects the skin "from the bottom up" as the peel's molecules do. It is in the skin that the magic happens!
- Against lines, pores and rough skin
- Apply in the evening, on clean skin for a given working time
- For normal / dry / adult skin
- Not suitable for sensitive / eczema / allergic skin
- Do not use on the eye area or on open wounds
NB! When using AHA acids, the skin becomes more sensitive to the sun, use day cream with SPF or sunscreen.
If you are unfamiliar with AHA acids, we recommend that you test the product on a small batch first. Apply to clean skin and leave on for 2-5 minutes (10-15 minutes after a few weeks), rinse off and apply serum / cream. Repeat 1-2 times per week.
AHA Peel is very potent and it is important to get used to the product. Start with a shorter duration of action and longer intervals, and then increase in line with the skin's tolerance. If the skin is red / sore / flaky or sensitive, stop using until the skin has calmed down and start up again. This is not dangerous, but an indication of overstimulation of the skin.
If severe redness / burning occurs immediately after application, this is an indication that your skin is sensitive to AHA acid and you should not use the product.
